My name is Isaac, I have worked in the tech industry for over 10 years and I'm currently part of a joint project between academia and industry. The project focuses on how new technologies such as VR, AR and AI, impact the way we collaborate and transfer knowledge.

I specialize in user-centered design and research methodologies to help drive the success of digital products and services by guiding clients to define the right solution and strategy based on their needs and resources.

My expertise covers the entire user experience process: leading workshops to gather requirements and scope projects, doing user research, designing, prototyping and testing.

I have a multidisciplinary background that allows me to be a bridge between users, clients, managers and developers. This has allowed me to design products that are easy to use and technically feasible, always considering time and resources constraints.
